Delivery FAQs


Upon completion of your order, you will receive an email notification confirmation your order and details entered. You will then receive a follow up email containing your tracking number when the package is dispatched. 

If you have a valid discount code, you may enter it at the checkout page to enjoy discount off your purchase.

Local Shipping

For local orders, we use a reliable local courier service. You may track your orders at with the tracking number in your email. 

Packages are usually delivered between 12pm to 10pm. You may request for a preferred time slot by indicating in the notes/comment box upon checking out. However, please note that the courier is unable to guarantee a specific delivery time. 

Local shipping is free at the moment. 

Order Processing

All orders placed on weekends and Public Holidays will be processed the next working day. Orders placed after 6pm between Monday to Friday will also be processed on the next working day.

If the order is meant as a gift, kindly indicate in the notes/comment box upon checking out. 

Orders are shipped out within 2 working days upon processed orders and payments. Should there be a delay, you will be notified via email. 

International Shipping

International shipping is available only for selected products and brands. To find out if we ship to your country, please email with the product(s) you are interested in. 

International shipping rates vary according to weight and dimensions of the product(s) and shipping destination. If you would like to know the shipping costs to your destination, please email us the product(s) you are interested in and your postal code to allow us to generate a quote on shipping rates. 

Warranty Support
